Staff & Guest Speakers
Workshops are customized in response to concerns relayed by client representatives. All guests speakers and staff must comply with the TLF non-discriminatory policy and submit criminal backgrounds and fingerprint registry to participate and represent the organization.
Take The Lead Foundation does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, religion nor deos it promote, employ, or contract with individuals or businesses and organizations without a non-discriminatory policy.
Our workshops are designed and facilitated by Take The Lead Foundation employees, volunteers, and in most cases not licensed or certified counselors, Social Workers, Therapists. Our company's criteria for employing and contracting workship facilitators is closely monitored by our Executive Director. Our workshops are designed to educate and motivate participants. Also these workships are not referred to any way, as therapy or counseling sessions and therefore our organization accepts no liability for the consequences of any negative action taken on the basis of the information provided. We strongly advise participants to seek professional assistance, if you have been a victim of domestic violence, abuse, rape, or any violent crime. If you are suffering from a mental disease or illness such as: bioplar disorder, schisophrenia, substance abuse or any other illness that could affect your judgment about information obtained from Take The Lead Foundation.
